• Quote Validity: All corporate and institutional quotes provided by Avatan Charter Bus Cambodia are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
• Securing a Booking: A booking is officially confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement or deposit payment as specified in the proposal.
• Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments via major international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, JCB), corporate bank transfers, and local digital payment networks (ABA PAY/KHQR).
• Currency: All financial transactions and billings are processed in US Dollars (USD).

2- Taxation and Invoicing (VAT)

• Official Invoicing: As a fully registered legal corporate entity in Cambodia, Avatan Charter Bus Cambodia will provide a 100% legally compliant official VAT invoice for all completed services.
• Tax Documentation: Corporate tax registration numbers and audited corporate billing details must be provided by the client during the booking process to ensure accurate invoice generation.
• Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments via major international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, JCB), corporate bank transfers, and local digital payment networks (ABA PAY/KHQR).

3- Cancellation and Amendment Policy

• Cancellation 14 days or more prior to departure: Full refund of the deposit, minus any applicable credit card processing or administrative bank fees.
• Cancellation between 7 to 13 days prior to departure: 50% of the total booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellation less than 7 days prior to departure (or No Show): 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
• Amendments: Changes to routes, dates, or passenger counts must be requested in writing at least 48 hours prior to departure and are subject to vehicle availability and price adjustments.

4- Safety, Insurance, and Liability

• Passenger Insurance: All passengers traveling in Avatan vehicles are covered under our comprehensive commercial passenger transport insurance policy.
• Vehicle Compliance: Every vehicle in our fleet complies strictly with Cambodia's national transport safety regulations and undergoes regular international-standard safety audits.
• Driver Standards: All drivers provided are licensed, professionally trained in group logistics, and maintain an English-speaking capability appropriate for international hospitality.
• Delays beyond Control (Force Majeure): Avatan Charter Bus Cambodia is not liable for itinerary delays caused by unpredictable external factors, including severe weather, natural disasters, international border closures, or unexpected traffic blockades. In such events, our team will proactively coordinate alternative route arrangements.

5- Passenger Conduct & Corporate Responsibilities

• Luggage & Property: While our vehicles feature dedicated luggage compartments, passengers remain responsible for their personal belongings. Avatan is not liable for lost or damaged personal items left unattended.
• Conduct: The organization/company booking the service is responsible for ensuring that all group members behave appropriately. Smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
